Kids Central does not share any type of private infor provided by Kids Central online visitors with third parties unaffliated with Kids Central or MediaCorp Singapore Pte Ltd, unless otherwise stated at the point of collection of such info.

Kids Central online makes a special effort to encourage children to consult with their parents before gathering any personal data. The info collected is strictly for our internal purposes such as to enable them to subscribe to our eNewsletter, to enter contests, to express their opinions on various topics, and to send electronic postcards to their friends. We use the information that we collect about others to either enable the child to communicate with them, for example, to send an electronic greeting card to a friend, or to obtain your consent for participation in these activities, such as to notify you when your child has entered one of our contests.

COOKIES
Kids Central uses cookies to track unique visitors to Kids Central online. However, we do not use cookies to collect or otherwise record any type of Private Infomation provided by or about any Kids Central online visitor.

CLUB REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of the use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about your child as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if Kids Central Online has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Kids Central Online has the right to suspend or terminate the account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). Kids Central online is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its young users. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the Services and/or Content (as defined in Section 6 below) are appropriate for your child.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
Your child will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Kids Central Online of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that your child exits from your account at the end of each session. Kids Central online cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with Rules.

SECURITY
We do not store the e-mail addresses that we receive in connection with certain children's activities on our site. We have, however, put in place appropriate safeguards to secure the personal info received from children is in our possession.
